Why Is It So Important To Do Pre-employment Background Screening?

A recent Enquirer analysis revealed between Jan 1 and Dec 15, 2009 the county jail released more than 20,000 inmates because of overcrowding. It cut 501 inmates’ sentences short and told another 1,473 to come back later to serve their time. Some went back, some didn’t.
